Description: a lanceolate point with a long and slender form, convex blade edges taper to the point and the base which is often straight; often displays parallel flaking and the basal edges are usually ground
Size Range: 6.0 cm - 15.2 cm
Cultural Affiliation: Transitional Paleo-Early Archaic
Distribution: predominantly a mid-west point type, occurs sporadically in the Northeast with finds reported in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey
